Mum to two sporty teenage boys, Bridget keeps up with the boys by training for adventure races. Also a whizz in the kitchen, when not working, racing or having family time, Bridget is whipping up delicious treats to share with family & friends.

Nursing for the past 20+ years, both in NZ and over the ditch in Aussie. With a background of volunteer ambulance work, and agency nursing, Deb soon found her niche in Emergency Nursing which is where she has been the past 16 years. Never a dull moment with Deb around, she likes her coffee (hot!) and has brought a lot of laughs to our team.

A Registered Nurse since 1977, Helen's area of practice was child and family health with the last 20 years in nursing education. In November 2021 Helen moved into a new stage of her career – "Prefer-ment" working casually alongside colleagues and student colleagues. This includes our team here at Your Health NZ, Wintec / Te Pukenga & Te Kotahi Oranga – Student Assisted Clinic project.
Mum of two and business owner, Lauren brings a strong organisational skillset and a proactive approach to her role at Your Health NZ. She supports a wide range of administrative functions including data entry during flu season, managing vouchers and orders, and ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly behind the scenes.
Lauren enjoys being part of a team that makes a real difference in the community and values the variety and fast-paced nature of the work.
Alyssa was one of our key administrators in our Covid Vaccination clinics, meeting & greeting health consumers both pre & post vaccination. Outside of School hours – Alyssa now helps out with all sorts of admin duties including data entry during flu season, vouchers, orders and conference support.
